  For me this experience was a Jekyll and Hyde Service experience.
  The Jekyll (the collection) was all good; the motor home was ok too...so all good! I returned the motor home on a Sunday. I left cleaner than when I took it.
  
  The Hyde...I got a call to tell me that I had damaged the roof ( it's really bad) and without any evidence or photos WFL took my £1,000 security deposit. Roy Cowell, the owner: he washes all vehicles and he knows all damage to all vehicles; o yes!
  
  Now I knew it wasn't me...there was just no way. I left there yard, drove down the M11, A14, A12, site and back. I never went near anything...so it wasn't me.
  
  I went to the yard. Sure enough the damage was there. I arrived Friday at 10:30am. So I asked to see CCTV at 10:00am, before I arrived...No Damage. I think not....the damage was there before my arrival!
  
  An error...you decide!! I got my money back.Eventually.
